Biography

Marcus is currently a personal development consultant and leadership coach, with postgraduate training in psychotherapy and business management. Present interests include the application of multi-generational family history to personal development and change, e-learning strategies and career development. Recently, Marcus has helped manage a project set up to train teachers in the recognition and support of traumatised children who have experienced natural disasters.

For the past 30 years Marcus has worked as an independent organisation and management consultant in the fields or organisation change, leadership development, business coaching and team building in a wide variety of public and private sector organisations in Australia, the UK and other countries.

Prior to this Marcus carried out business research, set up and managed Australia’s first national marketing agency for Indigenous arts and crafts (an Australian Government initiative), worked with managements and unions in promoting and establishing employee participation practices and led reviews of state government agencies. In 2001 Marcus co-founded the YES Quest, an international personal development program for young adults.
